You must have a ton of spare time. I can't even watch 30 minutes of TV half the time. I read a lot, but that's only because I read by listening to audiobooks. So I can read at work, in my car, etc. My actual spare time available for reading is very limited.
I recently got a computer reading software and I hardly ever have time to read much on there. I read a few chapters each week just to try to keep improving my reading (listening) speed.

Hi, elorin. Welcome to myLot.
It is hard for me to say the number of pages I read in a day because so much of what I read each day in not just a book. I read a lot online, in journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. But if I tried to guess I would say around 300 pages a day.
If I had my way, I would read a book a day. ........ not enough time for that.

I read at night before I sleep. I read about ten pages per night. If it's a good book I'll read it from cover to cover without a break. In my younger days it took me three hours to read Planet of The Apes. I checked out the book from the library.

Actually I usually read about 50 pages a day if I'm into a good book. Only once in a while I read a lot more. It's not that the books I'm reading are boring but rather my eyes can only take some much. I use to never be much of a reader until after high school and once I become married. Now I like to enjoy a good book now and than. This year is by far the best year. I've read at least 10 novels so far and the year isn't even done yet. I get in moments where I want to pick up a really good book and read it. But lately all of my time has been consumed online and my lot.
