For me it's alway bad! I love the books so much, so everytime I wacth the movie, I felt it's nothing compare the books? It's so much different! Don't you feel the same?
Which one do you think the better one, and which one the worst?
For me, the better one is the third, coz there's not much action, so it can compare the book.
But the worst part is the fourth. Why? uuuh, for starts, the Quidich... they skip that part!!! it's terrible!
How do you think the next movie will be?
I think it wont be good. Hopefully not as bad as the fourth.

I actually started with the movies and am just now reading the books. I am about halfway through the fourth book and have noticed things I like better about both.
For example, Lockheart. I wanted to throw the book every time he came into the story. For better or worse, he wasn't nearly as annoying in the movie. Malfoy, on the other hand, is far more irritating in the movies and I liked it much better when Hermione punched him in the face rather than slapping him like she did in the book... Lupin was better, IMHO, in the movie. I got more of his wanting to help and protect Harry from the movie than I did from the book.
Also, if I'd never seen the movies, or if I had started with the books when they first came out, I'd never have thought to cast Alan Rickman as Snape. But I love him in the part. He does sinister so fabulously.
So, coming from a point of view of having seen the movies first, I think both the movies and the books have their merit and neither should be dismissed because the other is better.

Hmmm... I still prefer the books than the movie. But yeah, neither should be dismissed, coz some people just too laxy to read the books. And for people who read the books, the movie will make them think that they are lucky to read the books, plus they can compare it.
