between blogspot and wordpress, which one is better?

i'm a blogger and now using blogspot as my blog..but, many my frens told me, use wordpress has more benefit than blogspot. but i dont really know what is the benefit, can anyone tell me what is the benefit in using wordpress?

I highly recommend you switching to WordPress. It'll be even better if you host your own blog on your domain! That will give you a lot more control in terms of customizing it and choosing what plugins to use.. Check out my blog to see how I use WordPress on my own domain.
