Do you get irritated?

If the phone rings at a certain time, like too early in the morning, or too late at night, or while you're busy with something?
I hardly ever get any personal calls anymore, unless it's hubby calling from work. Mostly I get bill collectors and telemarketers. Most of them are hang ups because I just let the machine pick it up. But I get extremely annoyed if I get a call before 9am or after 8pm. I also get a little irritated if I'm in the middle of something, like cooking dinner when the phone rings, but usually it's not something I have to pick up, so that doesn't bother me as much.

I am here with you on this. I have gotten to the point where I have phone phobia. If I did not need it I would not even have one. I hate it any time of the day. But evenings are when I really do not want to be bothered. Right in the middle of a good show it always rings and most likely it is a sales pitch. "Leave me alone" I yell at the phone. Right, as if it is listening.

I don't even get real people anymore, just automated messages. How sickening. Then sometimes I do get an actual person, and they talk to my machine as if I had picked up. Sometimes I want to pick up and say "Hey dummy, you're talking to a machine" then hang up.

i get very irritated. one day i kid you not fashion bug called 15 times in 30 min. I don't remember even what they wanted. i talked to someone the first time and filled out this thing and then someone else called asking me the same stuff. Then they just kept calling and calling. it was crazy. it seems like bill collectors always seem to call at the worst times too.

I hate the phone all the time unless I make the call or it's my fiance or mom calling. I have only a cell phone so I turn off my sound so I can't hear it then I check it every few hours. I check messages and if I feel like talking orit's important I call back. My ringer is always off from 8pm until 9 or 10am. We do have a house phone for work at home purposes but no one has the number but us so if he needs to get ahold of me when he's at work he'll call the house phone, only in emergencies.

I ONLY get calls when I am busy. I hate talking on the phone. So if you call, keep it brief. I am 36 years old and my mom calls just about everyday! lol I don't complain though. If I don't answer, she will show up!
