How do you write for hubpages?

I tried Hubpages but couldn't think of anything anyone would care about enough to search for.... I did some writing tips and that got a few hits but not enough to warrant maintaining it. *shrug*

I write on hub pages regularly. Sometimes I choose a subject that is current and give my perspective other times I go to the requests and see if anything someone is asking for a hub to be written on strikes a chord with me. I have heard of HubPages, but never tried them. I'd love to hear what people think of this site, too. I usually write for Helium, Associated Content, and Gather. I am thinking about changing it up, trying something else for a change. What other sites do you write for? Which one works best for you?

I have no idea what hubpages is about, is it a website for earning money too?

I have heard a lot about hubpages and there are even offers of mentoring but I have not had the chance to take a look at it. I'm afraid I might be out of my depth there. Cheers!!
