are some born americans just lazy?

two black babies born same day-one somewhere in africa,the other somewhere in africa,forty years ago,the one in america is in and out of jail for twenty five years-the one in africa save his few dollars for twenty five years till he have his fare to come to america-he live in america for ten years working hard and saving money-today he bought the house that the american born is living in.
