Hello everyone, Although it still seems early, Christmas is fast approaching. It ahs become a big comercialized holiday in the states, but I wondered, how will you celebrate? What are your traditions, if you celebrate Christmas? IF you don't, what holidays do you celebrate every year? How will you celebrate and are there any new traditions in your family? As for me, I will probably help cook some food and perhaps go visit my extended family. I am not yet certain. Tell me your customs around the world, let's celebrate together!

Hello Habeebi! Well, since something bad happened on my family my large family got separated, each one for their corner forgetting everyone else with the same blood. But this year I decided to change everything, and I joined the WHOLE family on my birthday! I cant be more happy then having my whole family with me! And on my birthday we all decided to pass the Christmas togheter on my house by my fireplace! I am already strating to set all up! Like buying chritmas CD's to play when we are all here on my house enjoying the company of the others and then we can be a family again so this Christmas will be very important for me!

We celebrate Xmas and Yule and in fact Yule is my anniversary (6 yrs married this yr)....How are we celebrating this yr? Not sure yet...the original plan was for the kids and I to go to PA to spend the holidays with my bf but thats up in the air at the moment due to some other factors...IF we do that my husbnad will be spending it with his mum...if we DON'T do that then it'll be the usual...my husband, the kids and myself here at home...MAYBE an option could be the bf coming here too to spend it with us but I dunno at this point whats goin on...

we have a tradition in my family. since my family is so big every year for thanksgiving we go to my grandmas house to eat and everyone brings food but my grandma makes the turkey. then we draw names out of a bowl to see who were buying a gift for because there's too many people to buy for everyone. then at Christmas we trade gifts and eat again, its really fun.

hi, My family does something like it. This way when we all get busy, we don't have to budget for everyone. It is really fun and we all eat and just talk and catch up on our lives.

Normally, we will celebrate Christmas every year, but I don't what topic it is for this year. So many bad news to every one. Are you still anxious to celebrate something?
