If you do and have not read them all I recommend Three Weeks with my brother. It was absolutely wonderful. His true life story tells you about him and also clues you in to where he gets his book ideas from.

I have read The Notebook and A Walk to Remember. I haven't read that one yet. Gives me an idea; I will put it on my Christmas list.
Thanks for letting me know about this one.

I am doing the same thing. His new book "Dear John" just came out and it is already on my list! Enjoy his books. They are all wonderful! I think they all should be movies!

I never knew he was and what kind of books he's written. Now after reading the threads, I just found out he wrote the Notebook and A Walk to Remember. I just love watching the Notebook! Wow what a fantastic movie, with great actors and actresses, it was so romantic and touching. I like A Walk to Remember as well, when I watched it, but not as much at The Notebook. I might want to burrow the books at the Library. But I've already seen the movies and I already know the basic plot.
