What is the best cleaning method?

Hi guys, I am due to move out of my home at the end of the week and need to leave my cooker/oven in sparkling condition. However I am having major problems with the metal rack shelves.
Please can anyone suggest any good cleaning products to get these clean from burnt foods and grease?
