Yes there are some sites which do really pay. But most are scams. I can say this, because I got to hear from many from their experiences. If you ask me, I will say for now, Occupex pays. Because I just received the payment. Other than that, I heart that, even Neobux pays. But I can't say for sure, because I haven't got paid by them still.
