Is to do list essential?

I think that a to do list is absolutely essential! I wouldn't say that I'm extremely busy but, I still like to consider myself as being organised and I think a to do list helps me to remain organised. When you have several different things to do I guess it's easy to forget! So, the best thing is to note things down and then tick them off once you have completed them. I use a notepad for this and I regularly check through the pages to see what else there is to do. I would rather do this than become overwhelmed and start pulling my hair out! Being organised, this is the best course of action. Andrew
