Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world.

eats!!!! HAHAHA...
have fun, hang out with friends, sleep, read my fave books, watch my fave movies/ tv-series, do everything that will make me happy.
But now forget to pray too, and have faith that all of this stressing things will be gone.
After I have a full loaded energy fisic and mentally, just face that stress source and beat it!

This depends on where I am, If I am at work I would take a break go out for a walk breath in fresh air, enjoy the nature. I will have my music Ipod or some player where I can listen to music, I love music this is my major stress reliving strategies, Some times I darken my room and close my eyes for some time. Do what works for you. I am a medical assistant I come across my sick people my stress levels are high, I get close to patients and if they say good bye for ever I get upset, So I have to find techniques to relieve stress.
