ive found this gaming one of my best past times.
do u think it has adverse effects on us?
on our thinking?
or on our brain?
ive already heard a lot of comments regarding it will spoil my vision!
but not yet ive suffered any problem for my back, shoulder or my eyes..
i think it only helps u to make ur thinking level better.
but only thing is that u should not get addicted.
waiting for ur responses...

I've always played my PS2 games sometimes i play for about 12 hour and my eyes are still fine but i can't play an action adventure game that has a fast game play and requires concentration for to long because I'll get a terrible headache after playing it for to long.

Hi there Lalu!
I love an online game too. It's called MU Philippines Online. Yeah, it has different negative effects on us especially to our eyes but you can always take precautionary measures like not staying in front of the computer for too long, taking rests once in a while and also using screen filter.

Gaming promotes critical thinking and quick reflexes. These are the best advantages that gaming can give to a person. However, when abused, it can cause damage to our eyes, and even nerves if we wash our hands right away after playing. I used to play a lot of games myself, but lately I have been too busy with work that I haven't been able to check some new games.
Cheers~
