Do You Have The Habit OfCollecting Things???

Hello Vidhyavini. Yes I do add things to my evergrowing anime plush collection whenever I have the money to spare to it. I don't really do anything to my collection but stare at them and occasionally take photos of them. Sometimes when I feel bored, I play with them haha and I get into my childish habit of giving them dialogue and playing pretend, especially with my Naruto plushies. Fun topic.

I think my collection is special. Since I like dogs and cats, so I collect their photos and newspaper cut. I love China

I think everyone has his or her queerness sometimes. But once you learn about my collection, I guess you'll consider my own fascination with a lot of things as odd or queer as me. Personally, I am a collector of round and petite objects such as marbles, white round pebbles, small tin cans, and small feng shui objects. I used to have a collection of stamps, too. Also, I have a few old local and international coins in my possession. Aside from this, I also used to collect the sturdy plastic type of call and text card. However, I seldom see this kind nowadays since the local telecommunications networks have cut costs and they have resorted to the cheaper and less sturdy cards. But the weirdest collection that I have is a thumb-sized bottle full of small round things which I manually and patiently get from cleaning rice before cooking it. Honestly, I don't know the real name of these things but I do love to roll them in between my fingers. So, that's it. This is my share in the world of collections.

I think you're friend and I will go along well together since we have the same habit. It's the only habit I have though and it started only as an assignment during my high school years. I have this social studies teacher who asked us to bring the oldest coin that we have and since then, I've been crazy about finding old coins. It doesn't matter if it our currency or not as long as it is old. I have also some friends who gave me their old money as sort of addition to my collection and I am very proud of it since most of the coins that I keep have been totally extinct in our society. I let kids see my collection to inform them the different money that we had all ready. It is interesting since many are learning from my collection.

yes me to I use to collect coins those with the kings, leader faces....I use to collect all the cartoons in the young world and many more....I have the habit of collecting nature pictures and also tips given in newspapers.

Yes, I have the habit of collecting the old age coins, like 1 Paisa, 2 Paisa etc..... and now there is a demand for even 50 paise..... so, in future, we cannot see the 50 Paise also..... so, I had collected for about 10 different kinds of 50 paises.......

I tried doing this when I was young, with stamps and coins both, but the cost of doing so always sabotages my attempts. And I thought aftergoing through all the trouble of collecting, I might not be so willing to part with them at the end, UNLESS I'm truly hard up and the offer is in the 10s or 100s of thousands. I'd also like to collect snowglobes, if it weren't for lack of space and the cost of each. When it's feasible, perhaps.

Oh yes I do! I collect Halloween decorations like crazy from August-November ( after Halloween sales) Then I collect Christmas decorations then I collect Bottles,perfume bottles . I also collect horror movie toys, But not as much as I use to because those I can't afford it as much since I have a child now.I also use to collect doll's. But I'm not a avid collector as I use to be. Now I collect craft items and jewelry making supplies and beads and trinkets and anything I can assemble. I need more space actually, I have some stuff stored in boxes that I haven't seen in some time.. Me and my Husband together collect Books ,DVD's & music also. We own A lot of books together more then DVD's .

Yes I do I like collecting postage stamps and now old magazines. It's difficult for me now though to collect stamps since e-mail and text messaging is the best and fastest way to communicate with everybody around the world.

Hi vidhyavini. I collect bells and clowns. I keep them in cabinets with glass doors. I also am collecting the state quarters that we have here in the USA. I don't have all of them yet tho.

When i was in elementary school, i collected erasers of all kinds, and cool pencils. I still have them up in my room. I then later on starters a sticker collection, i did not get as much with that because i stopped pretty quickly. That is all the collections i can think of right now. Might have been a few more. WEll i did collect pokemon cards too :P

when i was still in high school i really like collecting stamps and paper stationaries that smells so sweet and good...i stopped that habit of mine and do you know what when i see stationaries from my nieces i like to smell them and it brings back lots of memories from my high school days..funny...right now i have one album full of stamps and i still keep it...i know they have no value but i just like keeping them for memories sake...and then when i started working i like to collect tickets...i still have them with me.

Hi vid, when i was young, i used to colect stickers:) I would always spend my allowance on stickers.. I even asked for a sticker album for my birthday, but when i didn't get it.. I asked for it again christmas time,lol.. My other collection would be pocketbooks.. I don't know if you know "sweet valley" pocketbooks.. But i was able to collect the first few books of sweet valley senior year.. I gave it up when i realized i could borrow the books in our library:)

Hello!I only have one collection, and that is my romance books. The first book that I've had was when I was in grade school. And since then, I started buying, carefully covering each book in plastic and clear wrappers. It all started in one book and today, I guess I have around almost 120 romance books. My husband, though, kept teasing me to discard them because he thinks my books are taking too much space. But I had a shelf installed on the wall, just for my books. Actually, that shelf is my most favorite spot in our house.

Hello vidhyavini, I do have a habit of collecting things. I collect stationary when I was in elementary but I stopped it. But until now I collect coins and stamps. I am very active now for my stamp collection. If you know anybody who would like to trade China stamps to me, just give me a message and wherever you are I will exchange or trade it with you. Actually I have found some stamp collectors here in mylot and we have done some trading already and I want more. I am currently residing in China now so I can exchange Chinese stamps. hi Vidhya, i love collecting coins and stamps. i think collecting stamps and coins are great hobby, usually we exchage, or sell it, if some stamps or coins are rare or old, one can sell it for huge amount. Cheers!!!!!!!!
