yup. my full time job has me in front of a computer all day long. i work for a background screening company, and my department is in charge of report quality. either i check reports for quality, or monitor my team's progress and error rates. i find staring at two lcd monitors cool. it's like using a bloomberg terminal. hehe. you may find this weird or geeky, but this is my type of job: just working in front of a computer all day long. it looks boring, but your mind works hard in doing your job, running your computer and lots more.

yes i am a software engineer and my 3/4 of the day is in front of computer. Some times it feels frustrated to sit in front of the PC but then after a gap everything becomes a routine. I am in client based software development so it is thrilling as we come across different types of people(clients). And we get to learn many social things also.

I am a clinical laboratory scientist and work in a hospital laboratory. All of our instruments are operated by a computerized OS. Therefore I do spent all of my shift in front of one of several computers, in addition to our L.I.S. (laboratory information system). The only time I am away from a computer is when I am doing one of the very few manual lab tests that we still do.

yes my full time job requires me to be infront of the computer during my entire shift (except for breaks of course ). i'm in the workforce department in a call center here in our place and the software we use is Aspect eWorkforce Management which is a software most used for contact centers or BPO with different locations. this is to ensure that the centers have the right number of agents with the right skills, all the time & across all locations. it manages the adherence & productivity of the agents & with these are plotted the schedules. it checks utilization & staffing. it also checks the agents performance & the performance of each contact center & the over all performance of the company as a whole.
