Does 50 cents decrease in fair already been implimented by your drivers?

this was 5 years ago discussion but i am still response in the topic,well once the government implement to decrease 50 cents in fare drivers already knew that and passengers already aware on that,because once they didn't follow i will surely complain that jeepney driver.

I am sad that they do not implement what was ordered from them to do. I guess you just have to pay them the fare and should avoid paying them money with change. Here in manila I guess all Jeepney are following the order from LTFRB and they do follow it religiously.

No. Not all jeepney drivers do this. And it's very disappointing. Coz whenever there's an increase of fare, they immediately implement it, but if it's a fare rollback some just act like they forgot to count your exact change and many don't want to give a fare deduction.

i think we have the same case here. i'm located here in pampanga & i commute everyday going to & from the office. from our apartment going to the jeepney terminal the association of drivers for that common route adhered to the 50cent decrease & i was glad because they implemented it immediately, as in that night coz i'm in the graveyard shift. but the jeepney route or should i say the entire association from the terminal going inside Clark freeport did not adhere up until now. our company have already emailed everyone about this decrease but these drivers are still demanding for 50 cents. i mean yes it's hard to be a driver too but they should also be fair coze we work hard for our fares everyday. what irritates me most is they are so demanding in asking these 50 cents but whenever they don't have 50 cents change to give they don't mind at all even if we demand from them. vey dishonest people right?
