can people express thier feelings

according to my view i feel that now peoples are not able to express their feelings either they are afraid of it or they dont know whether its true... or bec their are to few strong relations

they might be thinking of what other ppl would say if i say this or that but honestly
they should't mind all that and express out so other will know u better
