Tibet independence or in China

Tibetan independence hopes seem over after China refuse to budge. Last week's talks between Dalai lama's envoys and Chinese government has failed and Dalai Lama announced that he too had given up on the six-year negotiation process. It is a dangerous signal. Tension will come again. What is the destiny of Tibet: independence or in China?

In China? Obviously China isn't going to budge, no normal country would just give a chunk of itself away??

I think you are right. I am just afraid of another round of riot there, especially during this period.
