I recently joined a site that pays you to write letters. The letters are requested for all sorts of different circumstances. You could be requested to write a recommendation letter, an appeal letter or any other type of letter. The requests are sent automatically to you via email. This is a legitimate opportunity. The payments per letter can be anything from $10 to $25 per letter. It's free to join the site which is a good thing. How it works is, you will receive a letter request via your email. You would then go to the site and write the letter, it will be assessed and subsequently published and if your letter is bought by the purchaser, you receive payment. Obviously, the idea is to write as many letters as you can handle. I think that the payments are very reasonable and I am happy with the site. I'm not going to post any links here but, you can go to my profile page and you will see the entry on the top right. Also, if you are any of my friends on my list then send me a message and I will give you the link. If you are not on my friendship list then request my friendship and I will give you the information you need. Good luck and get writing. Andrew

Hi, I can understand you being skeptical, that's healthy. I have been a member with the site for about a week but I thought that it was very good information to share. I haven't actually been paid as yet but my friend who told me about the site, she was very happy as she had been paid for several letters. It's free to join anyway so you have nothing to lose. Good luck. If you want the information you can visit my profile page and it's displayed top right. Andrew

Hi Andrew, I have just joined and registered in through the link that you gave to me. I got an email for an authentication for details, but when I tried to sign in the site it always say incorrect I used the password that the site gave me. I am confused what's going on I want to sign in but I couldn't it won't let me. Is the writer's sign in area different to a requestor's sign area on this site?

Hi, that's really good that you joined. Don't worry, I had that problem as well. There's only the one username and password area. Keep the email with your authentication details, come out of the site and retry. It should work. Good luck. Andrew

Seems like a good one but a little suspicious. Who will pay 10$ just for a letter. I mean they can write a letter themself or they can get it done for less than a dollar. Why would they pay $10 to $25 just for a letter? Hope its not a scam. Anyway, i will check the site. Thanks for sharing the information Andrew.

Hi, it is a good site although I can understand you being sceptical, there's nothing wrong with that. Lots of people cannot be bothered with the process of writing letters. Some of the letters requested can be quite lengthy. You are given all the information that you need. The good thing is, it's free to join and I love writing letters personally so this site seems like the obvious choice. Anyway, good luck. Andrew

So I'm curious. Has anyone been paid from this yet? I'm pretty good at English, so this could be a really neat thing for me to do. But I'm really not interested in getting scammed....So since it sounds like more have you have signed up, what's the scoop? Is it paying you or are you still waiting for payment?

Hi there. I have been a member with this site now for over a week and I have not been paid as yet but, my friend who mentioned the site to me said that they had received payment for several letters. I personally love writing and I also love writing letters so this was the obvious choice. I can understand about you not wanting to get scammed. Before I join any site though I always check to see if they have been talked about on ripoffreport.com If they are not listed on this site then it's a sure sign that no one has had any problems with them. It's free to join anyhow so there's nothing to lose. Good luck. If you would like the information link you can go to my profile page and the link is displayed top right. Andrew

This sounds good my friend and I was impressed that there is no money upfront, I have seen so many of these types of sites where they ask you for money to sign up, admin fee and all that which puts me off, so I was intrigued to hear that you can sign up for free! I will check it out. I take it they pay via Paypal? Have you actually been paid by them yet my friend? I have had my fingers burnt many a time in the past, I produce the goods and they fail to produce the cash! Sounds like my kind of thing, thanks for the recommendation!

Hello wolfie, sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I have just given the links to those that have requested my friendship. Yes, it's good that there is no joining fee or anything. Yes, they pay via paypal. I have submitted three letters so far and now, I have not been paid by them as yet, I have been with them for about a week now. A friend recommended the site to me and I asked if I could share this info, I thought I'd better ask first and my friend was fine with this. My friend has actually been paid for two letters. At $10 per letter it is very good. Of course, your letter has to be purchased. Your letters though, once published are available for viewing for life and you will receive between $10 and $25 per letter each and every time it is purchased. Good luck. You can go to my profile page and the link is on the top right. Andrew

This sounds like a great opportunity. I wonder if people in the US can participate. I see that you are British. Is the site a British one? I have put a pending friend request in here at MyLot and perhaps you can PM me about the letter-writing site. I did live and work in London for a couple of years, so I have the fundamentals of British spelling and grammar.
Thanks for sharing this information. Look forward to hearing from you.

This is interesting Andrew.. Is it hard to write those letters? Are the writers able to check online on how to write those letters? This is really interesting.. Are international members able to sign up for the site?
And what are the payment options? If they pay with paypal and accept international members.. I'm so in.. Do give me the link!!

Hi, sorry about the delay in getting back to you. I was just sharing the link with some friendship requests. Anyway, No, it's not hard to write those letters, you are given some basic guidelines but that is pretty easy. The requestor of the letter gives you all the information that you need to provide in the letter. As far as I'm aware there are no restrictions as regards International members, I'm from London myself. They pay through paypal so that should be pretty easy for you to setup if you don't have an account already. Just go to www.paypal.com it's free to sign up. Good luck. Andrew

HI Andrew, I have heard of such sites. I used to think that we have to write standard type letters. You mean there are people requesting you to write a personalised letter here? And they will provide all the information needed? This sound very interesting. Why are people so lazy to write them on their own? I know I know the answer. They want to help people like us to earn more money. LOL!

That seems like an interesting site. And the payment seems very generous too.I mean a minimum of $10 itself is a substantial amount to pay for one letter.are you sure it is fairly easy. What is this site? is it possible for you to share it here with us? or are there any restrictions?

Hi there, it's a great site but there's a slight correction which I must emphasise! You write the letters and if they are published on the site, when they are purchased by letter requestors, then you are paid! You are not paid everytime you write a letter, it does have to be purchased from the site. If you would like the details then you can check out my profile page at the top and it's on the right. Also, if you would like me to give you the link then you can send a friendship request. All the same, good luck with whatever you decide to do. Andrew
