Well, sometimes we might feel like this. Especially those who have ever been Severely abused such as I have, or suffer from a form of Depression.
To me, having Friends is very important to me. I know they are people I can talk with when things may not always be going the best. If I was to loose them, I would find another way to move on with my life. At least I need to remember I will always have Jesus, and he is my Best friend there always will be in my life.

get to know another group of friends! it happened to me before when i was in secondary school. some misunderstanding happened and the rest of the group chose the other party, i was left alone!! so, i started another group of close girl friends. that's why i believe that i will have no problems at all. (I dont think my family will desert me though!this applies for friends only)

Like you, I would try to make the best of what I had. I can usually entertain myself but I still long for the company of others occasionally. I guess I would keep trying until I found at least one other friend with whom I was compatible.

I would try to self analyse probably there must be something repulsive inside me....which probably i could work on coz a man who can live alone is either god or animal...a human is a social being with desire to love and be loved.....so practically as inbuilt in a human he would try to find friends.

I'd feel really hurt too. I'd go on, but really how could I be really happy all alone completely. To me this doesn't seem like a real life. I really hope that it were never to happen that I'd lose all my friends and family. I'd be sad and very lonely.

I suppose this could happen to anybody, anytime. It would be really hard, but I would try to be strong and take some kind of action to find a new group of good friends. Thanks for asking a meaningful question. I was getting frustrated with the simple ones like 'what's your favorite color?'

I am glad that I do not have to know this situation either as I would be lonely and bored, even though there are opportunities to make friends. Everyone that posts to my discussions get rated as well unless they give very short answers or copies someone elses posts or are just plain RUDE!!!!

I'm more afraid to lose my family than friends.
Not that I'm a frivolous person who does not cherish friendship, but it's just that I can't help it if people does not want to befriend me, or if my fried chooses to desert me. I am a person who would rather have a few very good friends and chums than to have lots of acquaintances whom I only know by names.

Yes we do need other people to live thru this life but having none of them to be my friend wont stop me from continuing my life .... anyway I have my Almighty Savior who is my friend and family forever .....
