Speed Reading

Wondering if anybody has any tips on reading faster? I'm not really in a position where I can take a class on speed reading but I want to be able to read significantly faster than I do.

well my reading depends upon the time and urgency. if i am at leisure, i read normally enjoying the book. but if i am in a hurry, only 10 minutes left before i have to leave for office and have to finish the newspaper, than i read real fast.
