Do you like your leadership?

I often aviod my leaderships, not because of I loathing them, I find that I have nothing to say with them. Do you get along with your leaderships?

Hello sunny. I think that it is the same with me. I don't go to them unless I have something related to work. Otherwise I never go to their office.

Frankly, I don't hate them, maybe we are wrong, They are not so terrible. They are common people, too. Sometimes is something at work in the mind. Let's face it naturally.

heh,my dude,there may be kinda underlying barrier set up between you and the leadership .
in general ,mostly the related language barrier dose not spontaneously come out in your mind when caught sight of the leader,it probably results from your inherent resistance .
thus i hope you could call your attention to find out some common interests and make full use of them when accompany with your leadership .
