Whats your favorite me time

i must admit, i have not had a me day in a very very long time. i use to go to the park with a good book and sit there until i finished it. I use to go out for walks and walk until i didn't know where i was. i have not done something like that just for me in so long. thanks for reminding me how important it is to make sure i take some me time!

Oh that sounds so nice to just get away from everything and everyone. Unfortunately I can't right now. It is not my husband that I can't get away from it is my kids. I work full time and my husband has his own business and stays home with the kids so when I am home I try to be with them as much as possible and give him a break. I find that the time I can get for myself is before I go to bed - I'll take a book up to bed and read or watch some tv shows that I have taped. My husband has him me time after everyone goes to bed he sits downstaires and watches tv or reads the paper in peace. I make sure that I go upstairs to give us each a little space.

I like just having a day when I come just lounge around all day in my fluffy socks and dressing gown and not having to go out at all, doesn't happen very often but I love those days...
