Has anyone seen the movie Untraceable? What did you think?
To me this movie was great up until the very end. The ending where the female case leader (her name escapes me at the moment) holds her badge in front on the camera, and then it ends ruined the movie, and left so many questions up in the air for me.
Did you find the movie suspenseful? What did you think about the concept of a website that was untraceable, even by the FBI? Or actually, how did you feel about the FBI declining the use of their super computers for the investigation? Do you think anything in this movie could occur in real life? If some one were to set up a webpage such as the one in the movie, do you think the FBI would really decline the use of their super computers that could help catch a killer?

This movie was really good. It made me angry though and I was yelling at the TV because Eric Box who was a detective was talking to the girl from the internet. I was like how dumb can you be? You work for cyber crimes and you are meeting people from the internet who you don't know and you DONT know the dangers of it!!! I was sooooo angry at that! I don't have to work in cyber crimes to know NOT to trust what people say from the internet. I KNEW that he was going to be talking to the killer in the end. Then when Jennifer Marsh the other cyber detective was letting her daughter use their computer! Her daughter looked to be about 12 or 13 she should have been teaching her the dangers of the internet and NOT to talk to strangers online. I also did not like the cat in the begining. Really did he have to kill a poor innocent cat! I am sure that cat never did anything to him. He was such a cutie pie i was like almost in tears watching that. Other then that it was a really good movie. I don't understand how the site was untraceable though they could have used their super computers for it. Also broadcasting the site on national TV. Did they seriously think people WOULDN'T go to the site? people are curious by nature and have to see things for their self so there for people are going to go to the website. I think there was just so much more they could have been doing to find the house so much quicker.
