Parents - do they have to interfere in kid's affairs ?

My parents don't interfere with my affairs of the heart...except to support, to listen to my askings, to agree, to comment when asked...but my boy friend's parents they do ask...they read emails (our secret emails) the father reads our text messages ...Whew where's the privacy ? I hate this...

Yeah, my parents don't interfere with our affairs too, provided that they trust the person we're with and specially now that we're the right age.
Are you still minors? Because if so, remember that a person or a kid has no rights to whatever the parents wishes unless he's already the right age and could well-afford his own home.
