Earning pennies in Paypal

I recently decided to change around the PTC's that I am doing I am currently doing 15. All of which are PTC's worth one cent or less. I am earning pennies a day basically, but I am also able to cashout a lot faster, even though I do not have any referrals. I choose not to use Alertpay because I trust paypal to much. So all my sites are payouts under 2.00 (us cash) and all are payable to paypal. It doesnt pay the bills but after awhile I will have a nice savings. So what do you think, do you do the small payout sites? I do not like sites where it takes months to get a payout without a referral that is why I do small payout sites. What are your views??
