Unhappy

I was recently told by a good friend that i am an unhappy person in general because she was describing to me a situation with her boyfriends little brother. His little brother think his gf cheated on him and i said yea, probobly, and that he cared too much too soon, its only been a month, and hes serious, and shes being weird. Regardless that statement was unexpected, i chose to think about it and keep it but not get angry because shes the same way, and a lot of the time her words are defenses for something else. What would you do if someone was like PS your miserable and everyone sees it?
