I am making a slide show for my husband's cross country team. I need songs that teenagers would like that are motivational type songs. Or like a sports related. I am not good at picking out songs. The kids have never been helpful in the past in sharing songs they would like, so my husband didn't even ask them this year. I don't really mind the genre. Please let me know your favorites. Also, there is a song and I have no idea who sings it. It was on a PBS ad for a brief time years ago. But the female singer says "Be ..." or "Be more..." whatever, creative, etc. And it basically a list of different things "to be". I would love to know the title of the song and who sings it. I know, not much to work with there. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing your favorite songs. If had to use all the photos they took over the season, I would probably need that many songs.

Godsmack has a song "I'm Doing the Best I Ever Did" that's very motivational for me. The chorus goes: I'm doin' the best i ever did i'm doin' the best that i can I'm doin' the best i ever did now, go away Essentially, it's a "love" song but the words aren't very clear except in the chorus. I like this song, it makes me feel almost invincible. Queen's "We are the Champions" is always a good one, though it's pretty ancient!
