What can you smell right now?

I can smell the blueberry muffins baking in the oven. Hmmmm, smells yummy. It's really cold here today and I felt like something yummy to eat to help warm me up lol (good excuse huh?).
So what can you smell right now? hope it's something yummy like muffins or biscuits baking? lol

It is not that cold in UK today, it has been a pretty mild day and quite warm in the sunshine. I think that your muffins sound lovely, can I have one please? Never tried blueberry muffins before! What I can smell right now is my candle air freshener that is on the mantlepiece, I am pretty pleased about this because I gave up smoking yesterday and already I am noticing that I can smell things more clearly and it smells a lot nicer than stale ciggies.

Congratulations on giving up smoking - wishing you every success. My husband quit November 1st but I found out yesterday he has been cheating and smoking at work. Hang in their gemini, I know it's not easy to quit as I use to be a smoker too. Good luck!!!

Congratulations on giving up smoking. I wish my hubby would quit but he tells me he enjoys it.He's been smoking for about 30 + years.

Thank you both of you, support means a lot. I do not want to cheat as I would only be cheating myself but it is hard. I am using patches at the moment and I must say they are pretty good, I only crave one in a morning and in an evening which is pretty good. I did used to enjoy it but just lately it seems to taste and smell awful so I figured it would be a good time to give up, plus my chest is bad at the minute.

Right now, I smell the coffee that I'm drinking. I always like the smell of coffee as I relax into starting my day.

Right now I smell my meat loaf that I have baking in the oven it smells so good.When the meat loaf is done I will be smelling my pineapple cake that I will bake.

I can't smell anything baking or cooking right now, but you are making me crave some potato candy. Can't eat it though, trying to save it for a friend that we want to have a taste. Well, I could go see if we have any more friendship bread, but I'm not sure if we do or not...

oh it is, the recipe is fairly simple, although I haven't made any for myself yet. I had my granny make it for me, I'm not much of a cook so I doubt my baking would do any good either. I need to learn to cook honestly. In any case though, a potato the size of an egg, confectioner's sugar, and peanut butter is all it really takes. I believe there's butter butter in it but searching the web (or finding my discussion on it) will show you recipes of it.
Let me say this, it's one of those things you want once a year unless your a sugar fanatic!

I can small bread baking!We don't buy our bread from the store anymore, i bake it all myself. I usually bake 1-2 times a week...and No cheating with a bread machine!...I do it all by hand! I haven't made blueberry muffins in a long time! Now I;m thinking i need to make some! Yummy!

Awwwww yummy, I love the smell of fresh bread!! I should learn to make bread too. A friend on here sent me a recipe and I have yet to try it. Is it hard and time consuming?
