I have a full rack of babyback ribs that I want to cook for dinner tonight. I was looking for some tasty tips on how to cook them. I was thinking about grilling them but it never fails, everything that I try to cook on the grill I end up burning . I definetly do not want to burn these ribs.

You could try to barbecue them in the oven on a low temperature. they should not overcook and the meat should be very tender also.

Actually I have already started this procedure. I boiled them for about 30 minutes and now I have them in the oven set at 275.

I like to bake them first...just add a little apple (1 cup) juice and vinegar(about 1 TBS) to the bottom of the pan. Season ribs with thyme, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper..salt of you like. cover entire pan tightly with foil, Bake at 325 for about an hour . Then Put it on the grill with your sauce ..Comes out perfect, soft and flavorful EVERYTIME...You can season with whatever you like by the way!

Adding the apple juice sounds very yummy . I do not have any apple juice but I do have some pineapple juice I just might use that instead. Thanks for the wonderful tip!
