What is your favorite Chinese recipe and why? Is it easy to make or just really delicious? Or is it a quick recipe or an inexpensive dish to make? Leave your recipe if you'd like. Also, where did you find the recipe, or maybe you created it yourself.

My favorite chinese food is dumplings. They come stuffed with either chicken with vegetables, pork, or beef but I like the chicken better. I've seen how it's made and I've seen people in Taiwan make and sell them while you're waiting to take them home and cook them yourself. Dumplings can be fried, boiled or steamed. Of course there has to be a special soy sauce to dip them in. The soy sauce should have some minced garlic and some sugar to mix. They're really delicious. I don't know where to buy a dough here to make some dumplings so I just buy some frozen ones from a supermarket which are ready to cook. They're still good but I of course still prefer the freshly made ones. Chinese dumplings belong to wonton and shaomai group. They're all yummy!
