Do you have a toshiba laptop? Have you had any problems with it or have you found it to be a reliable brand of computer? For example, I had a problem with the battery and had to replace it completely after just two years when it suddenly stopped working one day.

Yes Toshiba is one of the leading companies in the arena of laptops. I too own a Satellite A70 and I also am facing a few problems as far as battery back up is concerned. Recently from about a year my laptop has started giving hardly an hour of battery back up. This problem is with a few Battery Packs. Apart from this problem I am not facig any problem with it.

u have to replace the battery after some years in almost every laptop so its not a big issue if u keep the battery at a mid point like 30 to 70 percent all teh time then that reduces it

I have problems with laptops all the time... my dad is part of tech support at his job and he gets laptops all the time. Sometimes, he gets to keep one or two and I get to use it for a period of time. Every time I use a laptop, something happens to it, no matter what the brand is. I've found that Dell laptops break the most... To get to the point, I haven't tried a Toshiba laptop. Although, I hear it's a good brand. As for your battery problem, that happens in most laptops. Something always has to break on a laptop, even if you don't do anything to it, mainly because it's a laptop and not a PC.
