Why ladies think guys are only looking for something all time

We went to visit a friend and saw some ladies we call them and they just answer and said. we are looking for something from them which I do not understand that, why such idea is in their mine thinking that men are always looking for them to take to bed in a relationships that should not be big thing in ladies mine.
