What happens to BPO's ( Call Centers)in Asia in Obama's administration?

Call centers would certainly be affected. However, I think other accounts that are not based in the US will not be affected by Obama's election into office. What is certain though: if Obama takes an adversary stance towards US companies offshoring, then there will be layoffs as US accounts in call centers are pulled back. What will remain are the non-US accounts. I'm certainly watching this closely because it will affect my status as a freelance writer. However, I could always look for markets outside the United States, like Australia.

me too. i have heard that one too. i wish that it wouldn't happen because im planning to work on one of the call centers here in the philippines.
