By Law in the State of Colorado, what are the kinds of questions and information an applicant is Required to answer? Some seem kind of nosey. For example, what is your Bank Account Number, Savings Account Number. Isn't that personal information that really people don't need to know? Please give me all the required legally a landlord can ask for. Thanks Caroline

That is ver personal and frankly none of their business and they can get introuble for asking that. But they can ask for a S.S number to check your credit and references, as well as current employer.
