Yes, I saw that news too! And I love Charlize Theron and I think she deserves that title and I hope she works on that title too. I have seen Charlize Theron evolved into a pretty young actress to a very substantial beautiful actress in line with Julia Roberts, Sandra Bullock and Susan Sarandon, well, that's based on my standards at least. I first saw her in That Thing You Do where she played as a vain lady who was the girlfriend of the main character. That was just a small part but looking how pretty she was I knew she will get far and I was not mistaken.
