How does the Breakfast is important for you?

Hello,Everybody, Does it interest well. it is so main for our body or other section of body. In fact, I'd like you don't forget to have a breakfast any of time at the morning. As you known, the Reason of missing to breakfast it cause your body have so weak and no power that is effect to the whole body. So don't do it. Although, It's to an other of Section for body. and the other hand, It's done our branch no idea,not smart,doesn't good,easy to infect attack of virus into our body from outside environment.

I do not like heavy breakfast. I like light and simple breakfast. For example: a mug of oat drinks, breads, toast, or some biscuits to go with hot drinks such as Milo or coffee or milk. That will last me until lunch time.

Breakfast it's not focus on eat breads,toast, or biscuits. you could eat something for your breakfast. but should eat something that has vitamin for your body.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because after we get up in the morning we have fasted throughout the night.In the morning since our stomach is empty our body is low in energy and therefore we sometimes feel weak. In order to replenish and give nourishment we need to break our night long fast so that the body can receive from the food that we eat.Once we eat something substantial yhe Life-Force which is also known as Prana or Pranic energy charges the body and gives it the boost which makes us face the day with comfort.
If we have a light breakfast then we may feel hungry later on and if we are busy then we may not find the time to eat which can cause problems. so we should have a substantial and heavy breakfast which will give sufficient energy to the body. Then it does not matter if we do not eat lunch or we have a very light lunch of fruits which will help us to carry on till we return home and have dinner.

Ok, Thanks for thinking like me. although, have something happen we should eat breakfast. but as you said that it's not mean we abandon lunch time and dinner time.

breakfast is very important for me.it became a habit of mine since i was young that my parents wouldn't allow me to leave the house towards school if i don't eat.i guess it pays coz i'm active and alert in school.it helps a lot when i'm about to take quizzes and exams.now that i'm not getting any younger,i still eat breakfast everyday.

Hi friend, welcom to mylot.I cannot do things without eating breakfast. It is the most important meal to me in a day. so when i wake up in the mourning i see to it that a eat my meal for it if like a fuel in my body. i cannot think well and i cannot have a energy to do all the activities im going to take. Happy posting.
