I just responded to a discussion and then I delved into some more and found out the person is lying in their discussion.
This person is sure to know who she/he is!!
This person in my friends list and I am seriously considering deleting them.
There is enough lying going on around the world why do it here too???
I say BAD FORM when trying to make a discussion sound interesting but you are obviously lying through your teeth about the point you are asking about!! 
Don't pretend to be female when your profile says you are male or vise versa!

I do not know, there are a lot of reasons for some people to lie and only one to tell the truth, and that it is one's reputation.
I hope the one will win agaisnt all the other reasons, but when it does not, it be better be a good reason and not a silly excuse.
Please do not let people who lie anger you, every action has it own reaction.

i hate to be lied to. doess't matter how big or small the lie is it's still a lie. it is so ugly & so unnessary i have never understood why people feel forces to do it.if u can't be truthful on here you sure have a problem , one u need tochange,

You are right that there is no need to lie but it seems that some people feel the need to do so and that is whether in real life or on the internet. Is it possible that the eson ticked the wrong box when they joined, i.e. ticked M when they are female or vice versa. Just a thought that came into my head because some people do not read things properly when completing forms or perhaps they genuinely make a mistake.
At one stage there were a lot of male members who actually had female photos as their avatar. This was much discussed and a few were challenged on it with no real answer to the question as to why anyone would do that. The last I heard was the suggestion that there males here who were using female avatars to get more responses to their discussions. That probably did happen because some of the discussions were, shall we say, slightly suspect and of an "adult" nature. lol
You are right, there is no excuse for lying at all but unfortunately it does happen and all too often.

Yes perhaps you are right maybe the person made a mistake. But they could fix the issue by fixing their profile once they have been called on it I believe. I will watch to see if they do change it at some point. If not I simply will not respond to this persons discussions.

Hey sketcher! What? What are you talking about? Why would
someone be that stupid to pretend to be a female when they
are a male? And think that no one would find out if their
profile says that they are a male? I would like to know
the details on this one. I hate liars! And if that's the
case please point me in that direction so that I can delete
them to and possible have their discussion deleted! It would
serve them right for lying. So do me a favor and pm me with
the information so I can take a look at it and see what I
think about it and decide what I think should be done!
