Do You Allow People Spit in Public Places?

In my country, people are using to spit their saliva in public places. Of course, not all of public places. My definition about public places is directing to outdoor places such as street, road, traditional market, field, etc. There is nothing rule that say if spit your saliva in public places is a big mistake. A criminal activity! But according to my opinion, this activity is a fault. It is very disturbing and disgusting. It is not polite if you throw something disgusting in front of others. How about you?

Ya its a fault some childs to adults they follow. It is annoyning if somebody does it near you.
So a rule should be created for this kind of activity. If not followed fine should be demended against them.

I think this sort of thing should be discouraged starting with sports players, they are doing it all the time and i often think how many other players get their faces pushed into it during the game, I think anyone spitting in public should be fines, its disgusting and kids think it is cool when they see their sports legends doing it...
