A new twist to MSG!

It's very hip and quite interesting, a new taste is now being introduced in our TV shows and it has a program of its own. The UMAMI taste... they say it enhances our palates to really enjoy the flavor of our dish!!! I still am hesitant but watching their program it seems harmless... what say our food experts???
