hi mylotties, A study appearing in the current issue of the journal of Nutrition shows that eating fresh grapes may reduce key risk factors for coronary heart disease in both pre-and post menopausal women. Naturally occuring antioxidants in grapes known as polyphenols are believed to be responsible for this beneficial impact. The good news for women is that a reasonable serving of grapes delivers the benefits. In this study further reinforces the growing evidence that grapes play an important role in enhancing heart health... Do you know that heart disease is the number one killer of women in the United States, according to the American Heart Association... Women out there, are you suffering from this kind of ailment? Why don't you try to eat more fresh grapes?

Thnx for the info. Anyway, grapes are one of my favourites. I just love munching on them as snacks. The only thing I worry about is their sugar content which I hear is quite high.

Hi perla,
i hope what's good for women is also good for men's health ;-)
I use to eat grapes, too. They are delicious and sweet. I try to buy the organic grapes because the conventional fruits have lots of pesticides used. So they won't be that healthy to eat, when you get additional some poison. :-(
Happy myLotting!
