Do you Love to Motivate Others?

I have bad experienc about it ,But its not make me any effects but at very first when I was trying to motivate one of my friend in my college life I was scolded by his father since since firend and His father and I was sharing two room in rent and his father told to improve the capablilty of his son (as every father like) but when I tried for that it become an bad event for my perhaps its due to my way to motivate of him, whatever but after that I just explain my views with the thought of motivation only but don't try to go in more detail until and unless front person don't want :-)

Hi navas4u, I have been doing that for many years for many people, as a result I got called agoney auntie, sometimes you have to help them all and give them good advice and if they don't take it, it is up to them and you can pick them up when they come back running to you and sometimes you do make a big difference to their life and you just stand back and smile and be happy for them, thats what makes me happy more. Motivating other will always make us and the other person feel better about certain situation. But also you need to be motivated to motivate others, meaning what if you try to motivate someone and they do not get motivated? that way you need to find a way to be confident that the next person you are trying to motivate is going to be motivated. I at least try to do that but if someone doesn't show any signs of motivation then I'll simply feel like I'm crazy and should have never done everything i have already done. I always encourage people mostly my friends that they should not worry about getting job and everything is going to be alright and we will finally get jobs
