How to request payment in Thinkbux?

Hello all
I just reach my minimum payout in Thinkbux.
But I still don't understand how to request a payment in Thinkbux.
They said that I have to write in their forum if I request payout.
I already did that, I request payout on 17 Nov, but haven't paid until now.
Did I do something wrong?
Please help me.

I am also a member of Thinkbux and I am still far from reaching the minimum payout. I think they pay through paypal and alertpay. Have you checked their payments terms I think you wait for a while before going into negative conclusions or you may try to contact them. Please inform me if they already have paid you. Thanks!

I requested payment on October 12 and haven't been paid yet either. You requested 2 days ago.
