firefox 2.0 or 3.0

which is in your opinion the better browser in terms of security,ease of use,compatibility,flexibility and user interface- firefox 2.0 or firefox 3.0?

I really dont know or dont feel the difference between the 2 or 3 Firefox versions. As long as I get to do my online thing and be safe from most viruses and other harmful files or things then Im good. I do get some crashes on both. There was a time that it would just crash over and over that I switched to IE for that day. Not sure though but I think its probably my computer or something.

Well, do you know that real player plug in is not compatible with firefox 3.0 due to which it is not possible to download online videos which could have been done easily if real player was available.

Uhm, no, sorry, I didnt know that. Then again, Im really not fond of downloading videos. Just watch on occasion in Youtube and I think the browser used Adobe Flash Player for that. Not sure if that has any significance, like I said I really dont know. Thanks for the information though, and Welcome to myLot!^_^

i found some minor glitches with the latest version of firefox .... my firefox 3 got crashes when entering some sites....

I think that Firefox 3 is much better than Firefox 2. And in comparison I believe that chrome is better than them all.
