a few years ago i was looking in to ways to help my daughter sleep, she has tuberous sclerosis with epliepsy.my sister read some where that some parrents swore blind that when they put a dream catcher in there childs room they slept better and helped to stop the seizures at night.i have noticed any change since i put hers up.but last weekend we moved the girls room around and she is now closer to the window than she has been before and for the past two nights she has slept all night and had no fits.what do you think? im thinking that she is just more relaxed and likes her room better now.as it has never worked before

I have use a dream catcher to help my son sleep better when he had nightmares. I think that it has to do with your beliefs. I told my son a story on how his bad dreams will be caught in the net and so never manage to get in his sleep and he believed that. As long as the way you moved the girls room, I think that that probably helped her feel more comfortable and helped her sleep better.
