Call Centers in the Philippines...

I just want to start a discussion on best call center incentives, experiences, and new job postings related to this industry. My husband is a Call Center Supervisor for over a year now. We think that he is not being compensated well enough. For one, they have no health benefits for their employees dependents, then they hire people because of friendship and connections. It's really unfair. We just want to find a better company that can give my husband the compensations he deserves...Thanks...

Hi there hailey! This discussion is two months old. Hmm. If you think your husband is not compensated properly he can get another job in a lot of call centers! We know that there is a very big demand for employees in call centers and your husband will have a big edge because of his experience. The company I work for has health benefits for the whole family. Until the 4th child and it also include life insurance. Hiring people through friendships is not good enough he should find another job.
