failure is never fatal barriers,as long as you treat it as a necessary part in your life.
step 1 :never hold back your sorrow ,try crying if no others on the spot.
step 2: sum up the brief causes leading to failure as objective as possible.
step 3:balance your attitude and refresh your goal.
step 4: rebuild up your confidence as best as you could.
