I would have to say smooth jazz. It is very relaxing.

Lately it has been lullaby songs. I bought a cd of lullaby's for my son to sleep better. I end up passing out faster than him. Luckily he is the kind that follows. If I fall asleep he will lay down and go to sleep as well.
