Overcome Depression

Learn what you want to.. Enhance your skills and do things that make you happy. Listen to your favourite music. Motivate yourself so that you dont get depressed at any point of time. Have a goal book for yourself and jot down your goals. This may vary from person to person. This may include by reducing weight, being a perfectionist, saving money, creating website or anything whatever you wish to.. For example, if you want to reduce the extra pounds of weight, note down the date by which you want to acheive this goal. Note down your efforts; efforts may include swimming, walking, gym, etc..Stick inspirational photos like whom you want to look like and track your performance on a daily basis.. This way you will be able to acheive what you want and overcome depression.. Please suggest whether my ways of overcoming depression are right and let me know other ways to get out of depression. hi akilaram, thanks for sharing with us your overcoming depression tips. all are correct but i would like to add one. sincere prayer greatly helps depression. talk to God through prayer. He is the ultimate source of healing. if depression is a disease, God is the one who can heal it. choose to be happy it will wash away the depression. thanks and be happy
