Hey, what's your favorite noodles?

Instant ramen? chow mein (fried noodles)? lo mein (stirred noodles)? rice bean noodles? japanese udon noodles? bean curd noodles? So many ...and oh do you know that spaghetti was an idea from a traveler who traveled to china years ago and saw a bunch of noodles there? Yeah, he copied the idea and made a different one called pasta noodles? There you go...I'm hungry now. lol

My favorite type of noodle is actually lo mein....I really just love the taste, and the texture is really awesome to slurp...actually my favorite flavor is shrimp.
